Micropulse transscleral laser therapy, or MP-TLT, is a glaucoma treatment that has until now flown under the radar — but it’s gaining steam, and for good reason. MP-TLT is excellent for reducing IOP while preventing any permanent damage to the eye. To get the scoop, we dispatched reporter Matt Herman to talk with Professor Victor Koh of Singapore National University Hospital.
